Ok.. I will share 1 more. I had to blow this one up so that you could see the sign that Burley made for me (K made one for Sara as well… how precious are these guys?)

It reads…

:::Ahem:::

“Yeah Maddie! Get it Gurl! Congratulations! 13.1! 13.1! 13.1!”

Hahaha. They were waiting at the 10 mile marker… Cheering us on. At 7am. Burley hadn’t slept yet.

Precious.

Guys… We were slow. And we didn’t want to finish. But we did 13.1 with no walking. We reached our goal. It was the hardest thing I have ever physically done. But I have to say, I am so freakin’ proud of myself it’s not even funny.

I told Burley the other day that I was so excited to complete the race, so that I could enjoy my 5 and 6 mile runs without the pressure of doing 10 and 11 the next day. Wow. We laughed. That is not me talking. And I like it.

I hope you guys are doing well! Anything new going on? Big News? Would love to hear from you.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Giveaway this week! It’s big big fun.
